Accessibility Statement

Where we stand

We are working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. We want to be straightforward about what that means: it's a goal we're actively working toward, not a claim that every page is already fully compliant or certified. Accessibility work is ongoing, and we'd rather tell you honestly where we are than overstate it.

What we've worked on

In plain terms, here's the kind of work we've put in recently:

• You can use our checkout, cart, sign-in and account forms with a keyboard alone.
• Form fields have labels, and error messages that screen readers announce.
• We are working through color contrast page by page. Some of our brand blue text still needs darkening, and that is on the list.
• Keyboard focus is visible and follows a predictable order as you move through a page.
• Every public page starts with a "Skip to main content" link, so you can jump straight past the menu.
• Animations respect your reduced-motion setting. If your device asks for less movement, we turn ours off.
• Pages zoom and text resizes normally on every public page. Nothing blocks you from making things bigger.

This isn't a finished checklist - we keep testing and fixing issues as we find them.

If you run into a barrier anywhere on zoogaboog.com - a page that doesn't work with your screen reader, a control you can't reach with a keyboard, anything at all - please let us know. We want to hear about it, and we'll do our best to fix it. Email us and we will get back to you within a few business days. If it is blocking you right now, call and say so, we will move it up.

This is a work in progress, and we're staying on it.
