Refund & Returns Policy

If we mess up, we make it right. Here's exactly how.

Effective date: May 14, 2026

Short version: if a product arrives damaged, defective, or doesn't match what you approved, we'll reprint, replace, or refund — on us. Custom and digital work is non-refundable for "change of mind" once production starts, because most of what we do is made just for you.

This Refund & Returns Policy works alongside our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy. It applies to all orders placed through ZOOGABOOG!.

1. Eligibility window

  • Refund or return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
  • After 7 days, orders are considered final and non-refundable.

2. Custom & personalized orders

Most of what ZOOGABOOG! delivers is made just for you — websites, design work, branded apparel, signage, and printed materials. Because of that:

  • Refunds are only available if the product or service is defective, damaged, or incorrect because of an error on our end.
  • "Change of mind" or preference-based requests are not eligible for refund once work has started or production has begun.

3. Digital and service-based products

Digital deliverables — website builds, design files, hosting, marketing services, LiveDesign sessions — are non-refundable once delivered or activated, except where ZOOGABOOG! fails to deliver the agreed-upon service.

4. Condition requirements for returns

  • Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.
  • Returns are only accepted with proof of defect or damage (photos and order details).

5. How to request a refund or return

  1. Submit your request through the Support Center in your ZOOGABOOG! dashboard, or email support@zoogaboog.com.
  2. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting documentation (photos or screenshots).
  3. Our team will review your request within 3–5 business days.

6. Resolution options

If your request is approved, we'll offer one of the following:

  • Refund — returned to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Replacement or redelivery — a corrected version of your order at no additional cost.
  • Store credit — applied to your ZOOGABOOG! account for future use.

7. Shipping costs

  • If ZOOGABOOG! is at fault (defective, damaged, or incorrect items), we cover all return shipping or remake costs.
  • If the issue is due to customer error (incorrect files, sizes, or details submitted), the order is not eligible for refund or replacement — though we may still offer a discounted reprint.

8. Final discretion

ZOOGABOOG! reserves the right to make the final determination on all refunds and returns. Our priority is to protect the integrity of our work while making sure clients are treated fairly.
