HVAC website design built for how your business actually runs
We build websites for independent HVAC companies. Fast on a phone, built around your seasonal rushes, priced flat and published: $300 for a brochure site, or free through the Free Rebuild.
What an HVAC website actually needs
An HVAC website has two jobs: catch the emergency call when a system dies, and capture the planned work, replacements, maintenance plans, and financing, that keeps trucks busy between rushes. Most HVAC sites do neither well because they were built as generic brochures.
Here is what we build in:
- A call bar that never scrolls away. When the AC dies in July, the homeowner calls whoever they can tap fastest. Your number stays pinned on mobile.
- Seasonal front doors. Your homepage should not say the same thing in July that it says in January. We structure the site so the lead message swaps with the season, cooling in summer, heat in winter, tune-ups in the shoulder months, without rebuilding anything.
- Financing callouts where they matter. A new system is a four or five figure decision, and "financing available" placed next to the replacement content is often the difference between a call and a close of the tab. If you offer financing, your website should say so on every page where sticker shock happens.
- Maintenance plan signups. Your maintenance agreements are the steadiest revenue you have, and most HVAC sites bury them. We give your plan its own page with a clear signup path so the site sells memberships while you sleep.
- Service area pages. One real page per town or county you serve is how you show up in more of the local searches you want. Not a footer stuffed with town names, real pages.
- Review proof and real photos. Your crew, your trucks, your installs, and your actual reviews on the page. Homeowners are choosing who to let into the house.
- Mobile speed. Emergency searches happen on phones. A heavy site loses the call before it finishes loading, so we build light on purpose.
What you do not need: a cart, a chatbot, or a homepage video of a stock family enjoying their thermostat.
The seasonal reality nobody builds for
HVAC demand swings hard with the weather, and your website should be the one part of your marketing that swings with it for free. Changing your lead message by season costs nothing once the site is structured for it, and it beats paying for rush season ads with a homepage that still talks about furnaces in June.
We set this up in the build, and swapping the seasonal message is the kind of small edit a care plan covers.
Already have a website?
If you already have a site, we will check it for free and tell you straight what is working and what is not. No charge, no pressure. If it is actually fine, we will say so and you lose nothing but five minutes. The check covers speed and security too, because an outdated site is a liability even when it looks okay.
What an HVAC website costs here
One flat price per build, published for everyone. No proposal meetings and no quote that depends on your truck count.
- Brochure site: seasonal structure, service area pages, tap-to-call$300 flat
- Bigger business site$1,500 flat
- Site with a store$3,500 flat
- Care plans: hosting, security, backups, and edits, cancel any month$25 to $250/mo
Every price is on our pricing page, and the deep dive on what websites cost across the whole market is in our website cost guide.
The Free Rebuild: send us your crappy website, we send back a good one
If you are an independent HVAC company with a simple WordPress brochure site, the rebuild is free. We rebuild your site on our servers using your content and your photos, your current site never goes down, and you never hand over a password.
You see the finished site before you decide. Love it, and we move it over and handle every technical piece. Don't love it, and nothing happens. The full process is at how it works.
The money, all of it: the rebuild is $0. Then the site is yours free for 90 days, with hosting, security, backups, and small edits included. At day 90 you decide. Keep it and it is $100 a month, one price for everybody, cancel any month. Say no and it stops right there, and you owe nothing. After 12 paid months the site files are yours to host anywhere. Your domain and your content are always yours.
Who qualifies: real, operating, independent HVAC companies with brochure sites. No chains, no franchises, no online stores. Limited spots each month, taken in order, and we ask for an honest testimonial afterward.
