Yes, 100% free. There's no monthly subscription. No setup fees. No hidden charges. You don't even need a credit card to create an account.

How do I sign up?
Click "Get Started Free" or "Sign Up" anywhere on the site. Enter your business name, email, and create a password. That's it. No credit card required.
After signing up, you'll be guided through creating your Brand Profile (logo, colors, fonts). This takes about 5 minutes and makes everything else automatic.

Do I need design experience to use ZOOGABOOG!?
Nope. Zero design experience needed. That's the whole point. We handle the complicated stuff for you.

What if I don't have a logo yet?
No problem! We can design one for you. Logo Design is $100, includes revision rounds, and everything we make is 100% yours.

How long does it take to get started?
Creating your account takes about 2 minutes. The Brand Profile takes a few more, and you can skip any field you are not sure about and come back to it. Then you can browse and order right away.
Can I use ZOOGABOOG! for multiple businesses?
Each account holds one Brand Profile today, so the cleanest setup is one free account per business (just use a different email for each). Multi-brand accounts are on our roadmap. Running several brands and want a hand getting set up? Message us, we'll make it easy.
Is there a mobile app?
Yes. There is a ZOOGABOOG! app for clients. Get it from your dashboard, add it to your home screen, and your orders, proofs, brand kit, and messages are one tap away.
What makes ZOOGABOOG! different from other services?
We built this so you stop losing to the chain. The chain isn't better than you. It has a marketing department: one place where the logo, the signs, the site, and the shirts all come from the same brain. That is what your account is. Prices are on the page, so you never have to ask what something costs, and LiveDesign puts a real designer on the screen with you when you want a human in the loop instead of weeks of email ping-pong.
Do I need to commit to a long-term contract?
Your account is free forever, with no monthly fee and nothing to sign. Order when you need something, don't when you don't.
If you add a monthly plan, most are month to month and you cancel any time inside your account. Two exceptions we say out loud: SEO and Ads Management run 3 months first, because they need runway to work, and the Free Rebuild promotion (for businesses that already have a website, independent businesses only, no chains or franchise locations) carries a 12-month Care Plan minimum: cancel early and you do not owe the remaining months, the site we host comes down unless you pay $500 to keep it. Both are spelled out on their own pages before you commit.

What if I need help getting started?
Call us or message us and we will walk you through it. No charge for the conversation, no script, no pitch. We will set up your Brand Profile with you on the phone if that is easier. We answer our own phones.
Is ZOOGABOOG! only for small businesses?
Small business is who this is built for, full stop. The salon, the bakery, the two truck plumbing outfit, the dental office, the daycare, the shop with one employee and the shop with forty. Nobody bigger gets turned away, but we are not going to pretend you would be our second priority.
What if I already have a printer or designer I like?
That's fine. Plenty of people use us for some things and keep their printer, their designer, their web guy or their agency for the rest. Nobody is getting fired on our account. Use us where it makes your life easier, and if you ever want the whole thing under one roof, the door is open.
Can nonprofits or organizations use ZOOGABOOG!?
Yes. Nonprofits, schools, churches, and community groups are a big chunk of who we work with. Prices are the prices, right on the page. If budget is the problem, tell us the number you have and we will tell you honestly what fits it.
What industries do you serve?
All of them. Salons and barbershops, bakeries and restaurants, boutiques, dental and medical offices, daycares, studios, gyms, contractors, real estate, auto shops, law offices, nonprofits. If you have a business, we can help.
Do you have templates or examples I can see?
Yes! Check our Resources page. We have free downloadable templates for business cards, flyers, social media graphics, letterheads, and more. Once you're signed up, you can browse the full catalog with live previews.
Can I see a demo before signing up?
We don't do pre-recorded demos because signing up IS the demo. It's free, takes 2 minutes, and gives you full access to browse everything. You'll see exactly how it works without any sales pitch.
What if I'm not tech-savvy?
Perfect, that's exactly who we built this for. If you can use email, you can use ZOOGABOOG!. It is built to be dead simple. And if you get stuck, call us. We answer our own phones, and if you don't know the answer to something, skip it and we will figure it out together.
Is my data secure?
Yes. We use encryption, secure servers, and never store your full credit card information. Your logo files and brand assets are backed up and protected. We take security seriously.
Can I invite team members to my account?
Yes. Open Team in your dashboard, enter your teammate's email, choose their role (Manager, Approver, Billing, or Viewer), and send the invite. They set their own password from the link, so nobody has to share yours. You can resend or revoke a pending invite at any time.
What happens if I delete my account?
Closing your account deactivates it right away. Email privacy@zoogaboog.com and we will remove your personal data; print and payment records we are required to keep are kept only as long as the law requires.
Do you offer white-label or reseller options?
Not currently, but we're exploring it for agencies and larger partners. If you're interested, message our team and let us know what you're looking for.
Can I export my brand assets?
Absolutely. You can download your Brand Kit PDF anytime, which includes your logo in multiple formats, color codes, fonts, and usage guidelines. Your files, your data, your control.
What if I'm rebranding?
Perfect timing! Update your Brand Profile with your new logo, colors, and fonts. All future orders will automatically use the new branding. We can even help you design the rebrand with LiveDesign.
Can I schedule a call with your team?
Yes. Book a free intro call from the LiveDesign page in your dashboard, or just call us. Telling us what you are trying to do costs nothing, and you will get a real person, not a script.
Is there a limit to how many orders I can place?
Nope! Order as much or as little as you want. No minimums. No maximums. No monthly quotas. Your account, your pace.
What if I just want to browse without signing up?
You can explore our website and resources without signing up, but to see live product previews with your branding, you'll need an account. It's free and takes 2 minutes, give it a shot!

Can I get a custom quote for a large project?

How often do you add new products?
We add new products and services every month based on customer requests and industry trends. Follow us on social media or check your email for announcements about new offerings.
Can I pause my account if I'm not using it?
Your account never expires, so there's nothing to "pause." Since there are no monthly fees, you can leave it inactive for months (or years) and come back whenever you need something. Your Brand Profile will be waiting.
