Do you print business cards?
Yes! Business cards are one of our most popular jobs. Prices start low and the starting price is right on the product page, so ask me for a product and I'll point you to it. We offer:

Yes! We design and print custom packaging: boxes, mailers, bags, labels, stickers, hang tags, and more.

Do you offer website design and hosting?
Yes! Websites start at $100 for a one-page site. A Business site with 5 pages is $500, an online store is $1,500, and extra pages are $50 each. Every website includes the Care Plan at $100/month, and it is required with every build: hosting, updates, backups, monitoring and your changes, one plan, everything included. It starts the day your site goes live, and you can cancel any time inside your account.

Do you offer social media management?
Yes. We handle content, posting and comments across the usual social networks. Plans and current prices are listed on our pricing page and on each service page, so check there for what it costs today.
Do you do DTG, DTF, embroidery or screen printing?
Yes. Those are handled through Custom Quotes rather than the standard catalog. Tell us the garment, the quantity and what you want printed at /custom-quote and we will put a price together for you.
Do you do direct mail or EDDM?
Yes. Our Neighborhood Postcard Drop is the direct mail (EDDM) product, and it starts with a quote at /custom-quote. Tell us roughly who you want to reach and we will help you figure out the rest.
Do you do vehicle wraps or large format signs?
Signs and banners, yes, and they are in the catalog so you can order them right on the site. Full vehicle wraps, no, not right now, and we would rather tell you that than take the job and hand it off. Vehicle magnets and door decals we do sell. If you want a full wrap, get the artwork from us and take it to a good local installer.
Can I order samples of your products?
Yes. On print, the cheap way to sample is to order the smallest quantity first, hold it in your hand, then run the big order. Not sure which option makes the best test? Contact us and we'll point you the right way.
On the digital side the sample is free. The Website Checkup at /free-website-checkup runs on your site right now and hands you a real report, no account and no card. That is the closest thing to a sample of how we think.

Do you offer custom product options not listed on your site?
Absolutely! If you need something unique (custom packaging, specialty materials, unusual sizes), fill out our Custom Quote form. We can source and produce almost anything.
What's the difference between digital and offset printing?
Digital printing suits short runs and quick turnaround. Offset printing wins on long runs, with a lower cost per piece and a premium feel. We pick the right method for your order automatically, so this is trade trivia more than a decision you have to make.
Can I order products in different quantities for testing?
Yes! Order a small batch first, test it, then reorder in larger quantities. Your Brand Profile ensures consistency across all orders.
Do you offer eco-friendly or sustainable product options?
Some, on request. Recycled paper stocks and soy-based inks are available on many print jobs; ask for them in the order notes or a custom quote and we will tell you what the printer can do for that product.
Can I see physical samples of paper stocks and finishes?
We don't mail a free sample kit. The cheap way to see and feel a stock is to order the smallest quantity first, check it in your hand, then run the big order. Not sure which one makes the best test? Call us and we will tell you exactly what to order.
What file formats do you accept for printing?
We accept PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, INDD, PNG, and JPG. For best results, upload high-resolution PDFs (300 DPI minimum). When you upload a JPG or PNG we measure it against the size you picked and tell you right there if it is too small for that size.
Do you offer variable data printing?
Yes! Perfect for direct mail campaigns where each piece has a unique name, address, or offer code. Upload your data and we'll personalize each item.
Can I order apparel in mixed sizes?
Yes. Mixed sizes are fine. Apparel is quoted per job (36 piece minimum), so tell us the size split when you start your quote at /custom-quote.
What's the largest/smallest size you can print?
Smallest: business cards. Largest: banners and signs are sized per job with the printer. For anything oversized, ask through a custom quote and we will size it.
Do you offer die-cutting or custom shapes?
Yes, through a custom quote. Die-cut business cards, stickers, packaging and more are priced per job by shape and quantity; rounded corners on cards are a standard option on the product page.
Can I add special finishes like foil or embossing?
Absolutely! We offer foil stamping (gold, silver, rose gold), embossing, debossing, spot UV, soft-touch lamination, and more. Premium finishes add wow factor to business cards, invitations, and packaging.
Do you offer fulfillment or kitting services?
Ask us. Kitting (welcome boxes, event swag bags, promotional mailers) is a custom job, so it starts at /custom-quote and a human tells you what is possible for your quantity.
What's your return policy on products?
Custom-printed items are non-returnable, since they have your name on them. If there's a printing error, a quality problem, or our mistake, we reprint it free or refund it. Blank promotional products can come back inside the window listed on the product page.
Services do not work like returns at all. A monthly service is month to month and you cancel any time inside your account, and it runs out the period you already paid for. Two we say out loud up front: SEO and Ads ask for a few months to start, because they need runway to work.

Can I order products without my branding?
Yes! Many promotional products (pens, notebooks, bags) are available blank. Great for buying in bulk and adding branding later, or for personal use.
Do you offer product mockups before printing?
Yes! All orders include a digital proof showing exactly how your product will look. We don't print until you approve it. For large orders, we can provide physical press proofs too.
Can I order products for resale?
Not as a wholesale or white-label program, not currently. You are welcome to order and resell, but there is no reseller pricing or drop-shipping under your brand at the moment.
What's the shelf life of your printed products?
Printed pieces don't expire. Keep them cool and dry and out of the sun, and business cards, flyers and brochures last for years. Apparel and promo items last as long as the base product does.

Do you offer white-label services for agencies?
Yes! Agencies can order products for their clients with no ZOOGABOOG! branding on the shipment or invoice. Perfect for maintaining your agency brand while using our fulfillment.

Yes! Check our Case Studies page for real examples. We can also walk you through specific product samples on the phone. (We can't share client work without permission, but we have plenty of examples.)
What if I need help choosing the right product?
Start with the three questions we ask everybody. Does this business get found? Does it look legit when somebody checks? Does it keep customers coming back?

Do you offer quantity breaks on pricing?
Yes! Most products have tiered pricing: the more you order, the lower the per-unit cost. You'll see the pricing breaks when customizing your order (the breaks are printed right on the product page as you change the quantity).
Can I order products in different colors or styles?
Absolutely! For apparel, promo products, and packaging, you can mix colors/styles in one order. Just specify the quantity for each variant at checkout.
What if I need a product that's not on your website?
Ask us! We have access to thousands of products beyond what's listed on our site. Fill out a Custom Quote form or call us, if it exists, we can probably get it for you.
Do you offer rush production on all products?
Rush is available on most print. The fee depends on the product and the shipping method you pick, so choose it at checkout, or ask Doc for the product you want and he can check.
Can I order products for multiple locations or franchises?
Absolutely! Order for as many locations as you like: place an order per location, or contact us about bulk/split shipments and variable data printing to customize pieces per location. We can ship directly to each address.
What quality guarantees do you offer?
If we do not get it right, we fix it, no extra charge. If there's a printing error, quality defect, or our mistake, we'll reprint it for free or issue a full refund. We stand behind our work.
Do you offer design templates for products?
Yes! We have free downloadable templates for most products (business cards, flyers, banners, etc.) with bleed lines, safe zones, and specs. Check our Resources page.
Can I order products internationally?
We ship to the USA, Canada, and Mexico. USA orders (all 50 states) go right through checkout.
Canada and Mexico orders are possible too, but call us first at 1-888-ZOOGABOOG (1-888-966-4226) to set it up since they can't be placed through checkout. Expect longer production and shipping times, plus customs fees, on those orders.
